It's been a quiet day, P day for us, getting ready for next week. Elders Chandler and Graham were over for dinner again. They left us with thoughts from Paul in Corinithians 9: 16-"For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me: yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel." We talked how this is for missionaries but also for members- as Elder Neal L. Maxwell said, " If you're not a full-time missionary with a missionary badge pinned on your coat, now is the time to paint one on your heart...." (April 2013 Conference)-
We also talked on how the smallest actions we do can affect others and how they receive the restored gospel message.
my favorite thoughts for the day:
I am so grateful for prayer and testimony. I have a testimony of Jesus Christ and His restored Gospel and I also know that I have a loving, patient Heavenly Father that hears my prayers and answers in the ways that are the best for my eternal growth!
