FEBRUARY 4, 2014-Day 2 has been long, but we are finally back at our apartment and winding down. In classes we are preparing to meet with our "investigators" tomorrow. Tonight was our missionary devotional. Speaker was David F Evans of the Seventy. He spoke on the family and the Family Proclamation. He talked about how Christ came to bring us salvation over death, but that our goal was for exaltation- to be able to return to God's presence as family units. He taught that all ordinances we receive are individual except for the sealing ordinance which creates eternal family units. It was a wonderful evening. The instructors are awesome and the other seniors are terrific. We are so blessed to be here.
